7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a course, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. If your request is made within this period, we will refund your full payment.
How to Request a Refund
- Email yogi@affyogi.com from the email address you used to register.
- Use the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include your full name, the course name and your order or transaction ID, along with a short reason (optional but helpful).
How Refunds Are Processed
- We confirm your request by email once it is received and reviewed.
- Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
- It usually takes 7 to 10 business days for the amount to show in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
After the 7-Day Period
Because our courses are digital products with lifetime access to materials and updates, payments are non-refundable once the 7-day period has passed.
What Is Not Covered
- Costs of third-party tools, software, hosting, domains or ad accounts you pay for yourself.
- Advertising spend or any losses from campaigns you run.
- Results or earnings that differ from the examples and case studies shown, as outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances.
Failed Payments and Double Charges
If a payment fails but your account is still debited, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank within a few business days. If you were charged twice for the same course, email us with the transaction details and we will refund the duplicate payment.
Access After a Refund
When a refund is issued, your access to the course, community and any related certificate is removed.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. We resolve genuine issues quickly, and a direct request is usually faster.
